Raphael is the founder and Chief Executive Officer and has been responsible for steering the business into its current position, from inception to date as well as signing a major strategic partnership with Imperial Homes.
With 13years of experience from sales and marketing to facility management and property management as well project management. In 2011 he moved on to manage vanguard properties where he sold seven properties in nine months for an amateur. He was discovered by imperial homes in Ghana and became the number one salesman selling 51 Properties with the CEO in 2019.
Rafael has gone on to do project financing and property development with partners RKS development, imperial homes Ghana, Correct plumbing etc.
Ryan Kwame Mensah Boateng

Kwame is a Highly motivated and results-driven individual with effective interpersonal and leadership skills who has a BA, Social Science, and an LLB, Bachelor of Law from KNUST. He holds a BL from the Ghana School of Law and is a lawyer by profession and has worked with reputable law firms in Ghana.
He worked at Star Assurance Company Limited underwriting insurance policies for numerous clients, both in the corporate and the informal sector. He was instrumental in organizing meetings and supporting the prospective client in meeting key stakeholders in Ghana's thriving insurance industry.
He also worked at the Crown Insurance Company as an insurance marketing manager analyzing client risk appetite and insurance demands to protect client's insurance risk and manage them effectively. His role included managing client relationships, handling client complaints, and providing timely feedback which resulted in clients maintaining their insurance business with the company or increasing the size of their policies with the company.

Obenewaa has demonstrated a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines. She holds a BA. English and Political Studies from KNUST and an LLB Bachelor of Laws from GIMPA. She has in the past worked with media houses and a few law firms.
She enjoys leading a team towards successful outcomes, driving business performance. She is motivated by targets and find it rewarding when able to meet and exceed them. Real Estate development promises to be an industry that gives that challenge. For her buying or selling a home is a big decision and not always an easy one, you need an experienced professional who can only guide but will listen to you through the process.

David Nii Aryeetey Okai

David is a very confident, outspoken, solution-oriented individual with great negotiation skills with a bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering and hands-on real estate sales experience. He worked at Quao Realty in the sales department for a year where he sold three apartments, then branched out as an agent for two years. He was instrumental in the acquisition and purchase of several lands and townhomes, and due to his work ethic, he had referrals closing more sales.
He embraces the challenge high-end real estate sales present, using social media marketing, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter has become a major platform for displaying properties available. Using innovative methods for broadcasting his properties, he got affiliated with a lot of developers and potential clients.
